Arizona State junior quarterback Cutter Boley has been named Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week for his showing in the Sun Devils' 70-7 win over Morgan State on Sept. 5 at Mountain America Stadium. Boley, a transfer from Kentucky, completed 21 of 29 passes for 387 yards and six touchdowns. He did so in just over a half as he exited the game after ASU's first drive in the second half. It was a record for total yardage for an ASU quarterback in his debut. Boley shared offensive honors with West Virginia running back Cam Cook. Arizona State football kicks off 2026 season vs. Morgan State Other weekly award winners were Lamont Lester of Colorado and Isaac Terrell of Iowa State (defensive players of the week), Boo Carter of Colorado and Cannon DeVries of BYU (special teams players of the week), and wide receiver Legend Glasker of BYU (freshman of the week).
