After that victory, businessman Emeka 'E-Money' Okonkwo fulfilled his promise to pay Efe 50 million naira. Efe's win ended Portable's unbeaten run in celebrity boxing: the singer had previously defeated actor Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington. Speed Darlington's fight with Portable
Speed Darlington had already fought Portable in 2025 and lost by technical knockout after being unable to continue the bout in the second round.
