Tyreek Hill is pushing back against Keeta Vaccaro as their divorce fight heads toward trial, asking a judge to sanction his estranged wife over allegations that he tried to intimidate witnesses. According to TMZ's September 8 report on the latest court filing, Hill accused Vaccaro of publicly and falsely alleging that he and his attorneys engaged in felony witness tampering. Hill is asking the court to impose sanctions against Vaccaro and her attorney, arguing that her accusations are unsupported. The latest development in the Tyreek Hill divorce centers on Crystal Espinal, Hill's former fiancée and the mother of three of his children. According to TMZ, Vaccaro previously raised questions about Hill reconnecting with Espinal shortly before Espinal was deposed in the divorce case. Vaccaro claimed Hill had not seen Espinal in more than five years before their recent meeting and questioned whether he attempted to influence what she would say under oath. Hill has denied wrongdoing. In his latest filing, Hill argues that Vaccaro has not presented evidence showing that he intimidated Espinal, used physical force, threatened anyone, engaged in misleading conduct, or offered a benefit in exchange for testimony. Hill said Vaccaro's papers identified 'no threat, no misleading statement, and no offer of any benefit — because there was none.' Vaccaro previously asked the court to force Hill to answer questions about whether he had offered, promised, or paid 'any consideration' to Espinal. Vaccaro alleged that Hill had not communicated with Espinal for years before his attorney contacted her roughly one week before her deposition. The filing alleged that Espinal was told there 'needs to be trust' and that they 'needed to bridge the gap.' Hill then traveled to Arkansas to see Espinal and their three children. Vaccaro questioned the timing because Espinal reportedly spoke favorably about Hill during her deposition despite previously accusing him of physically abusing her while she was pregnant. Hill denied Espinal's allegations. Vaccaro has sought additional information about the circumstances surrounding their renewed contact. The legal tension marks a dramatic shift from how Hill and Vaccaro's relationship began publicly. Hill proposed to Vaccaro during a 2021 Fourth of July celebration after secretly coordinating the surprise while making her believe she was helping plan the party. The couple remained engaged for more than two years before marrying on November 8, 2023, in Travis County, Texas, during an NFL bye week. Their marriage faced public trouble only months later. Broward County court records reviewed by the Miami Herald showed Hill filed for divorce on January 22, 2024, saying the marriage was 'irretrievably broken.' Hill publicly disputed reports that he wanted a divorce and later said his attorney had filed without his authorization. Court records subsequently showed Hill moved to withdraw the case, which was dismissed on January 30. That same day, police responded to a domestic dispute at the couple's home, according to a Miami Herald review of the incident report. Vaccaro told officers she felt 'bullied, threatened and verbally abused' during an argument involving a proposed postnuptial agreement. Hill disputed part of her account, and police said no arrest was made because of conflicting accounts and a lack of evidence that a crime had occurred. Vaccaro later gave birth to the couple's daughter, Capri, in November 2024. Their relationship deteriorated further the following spring. Vaccaro filed the current divorce petition on April 8, 2025, one day after Sunny Isles Beach police responded to another dispute at the couple's condo. Police records said both Hill and Vaccaro told officers that the argument did not become physical, no arrest was made, and their daughter was unharmed. The Tyreek Hill divorce became even more contentious later in 2025 when Vaccaro filed an amended petition alleging eight incidents of domestic violence during the marriage. The Miami Herald reported that Hill denied the allegations in a subsequent court response. Those disputed claims have since become part of a broader legal battle involving witness testimony, records requests and allegations from both sides about how evidence is being gathered and presented. Now, the latest fight puts the focus squarely on whether Vaccaro's witness interference allegations have enough evidence to stand. Hill says they do not and wants the court to punish Vaccaro and her attorney for making them. With the Tyreek Hill divorce approaching trial, the disagreement over Espinal's testimony adds another high-stakes issue to an already deeply contested split.
