Fallon, front man for the Gaslight Anthem, has a new album coming out, 'Not Bad for New Jersey,' on Friday, Sept. 11, and the APB has announced a new lager called 'Not Bad for New Jersey' to celebrate the moment. Fallon previewed two songs from 'Not Bad for New Jersey,' the title track and 'Pearls,' when he performed at the city's Stone Pony on June 14. The the 10th anniversary of the acclaimed Asbury Park Brewery features multiple celebratory APB activations with city business this month. The brewery reopened on Cookman Avenue in 2024 after closing its previous location on Sewall Avenue, which operated from 2016 to 2020, at the onset of COVID. There's usually daily entertainment at the brewery with local standouts, and sometimes performers with national profiles. Comedian Jon Stewart made his public debut as a drummer when his Church and State TM band played the spot in 2024. Brewery co-owner Bob McLynn, a former member of the bands the Step Kings and Headlock, is also a founder of Crush Music, which serves as Fallon's management.
