short by Ankit Tiwari / 04:36 pm on Tuesday, 8 September, 2026 Scientists at ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute have developed a technology to double shelf life of paneer from current 8-10 days to around 20-21 days, while retaining its taste & texture. It uses antimicrobial coagulant formulation (AMCF) to improve storage stability & paneer's microbial quality. The technology will provide flexibility in handling, transportation & marketing of paneer. read more at Daily Tribune
