总市值超百亿的A股公司我武生物公告称，因胡赓熙与YANNI CHEN解除婚姻关系并进行财产分割，公司实控人由二人共同控制变更为YANNI CHEN一人。控股股东仍为我武咨询，持股38.86%。胡赓熙单独持股8.35%，辞去公司董事长等职务，不再担任公司任何职务。本次变动不会对公司生产经营产生重大影响。
