Opozita braktisi sallën ndërsa PD votoi e vetme nënkryetaren e re të Kuvendit dhe ministren e Shëndetësisë Klodiana Spahiu.
Ndërkohë jashtë sallës së Kuvendit qytetarët po protestojnë. Ata kërkojnë dorëheqjen e kryeministrit Rama dhe qeverisë së tij.
