West Ham fans demand Josh Ajala and tell Nuno to drop one player for Bolton

We mean proper, genuine, high-quality options, the kind of which Nuno Espirito Santo has in spades as West Ham United look to make it three Championship victories on the trot in Lancashire. The Hammers head to Bolton Wanderers on Tuesday night looking to snap a seven-match league losing streak against the Trotters. Nuno Espirito Santo certainly has no shortage of potential matchwinners hoping to become the first since Carlos Tevez 19 years ago to inspire a victory over the former Premier League stalwarts. Pablo could return to the Hammers squad, however, after a calf problem ruled him out of Saturday's 3-0 win over Derby County. Edvin Austbo is pushing for a first start in West Ham United colours; the Norway U21 international scored and assisted off the bench three days ago. Morato and Adama Boiro both made debuts against the Rams and will hope for more minutes here. With a relentless fixture schedule forcing Nuno to make full use of his squad, the likes of Airidas Golambeckis, Mohamadou Kante, Lewis Orford and Josh Ajala may fancy their chances of playing a part too. Scarles was poor against Derby, as he has been throughout much of the season so far. And though Boiro was a jittery bag of nerves on his first appearance, the Senegal-born 24-year-old will only settle down with regular football. Austbo for Solomon was the second-most attractive option. Austbo outshone Solomon emphatically after replacing the Israel international on Saturday. The £12 million signing from Viking FK first tapped in a Jarrod Bowen assist and then set up Kante's first Hammers strike in stoppage time. Because Arne Engels and Divine Mukasa were among Nuno's standout performers, only six per cent feel Kante should return to the XI in addition to five per cent hoping to see Orford feature from the start. Josh Ajala deserves another chance as Pablo and Taty face fitness tests There are also calls for Ajala to play a part. The teenager was left out of the squad for the Derby clash, a testament to the depth currently at Nuno's disposal. But after Solomon's poor display, with neither Castellanos nor Pablo fully fit, there may be at least a role on the bench for a forward who justified all the hype with a brace on his full debut in the Carabao Cup.
