Prudential Advisors, the wealth management arm of Newark-based Prudential Financial, Inc., announced the addition of experienced financial advisor Zachary Karason to its Mid America Financial Group.
Karason, who will be based in Ohio, joins the firm from U.S. Bancorp Advisors, bringing more than 12 years of industry experience and responsibility for over $106 million in total client assets. A graduate of Northwood University, Karason began his career at Merrill Lynch—where he served as an assistant vice president—before transitioning to U.S. Bancorp as a wealth management advisor. Operating out of Cleveland, he serves individuals, executives, business owners, and families.
'Zach has built a respected wealth management practice, earning the trust of individuals, executives, business owners, and families through personalized advice and lasting relationships,' John Begley, managing director at Prudential Advisors, said. 'We are excited that Zach has joined our firm, where he will have access to an expanded and robust investment platform, enhanced planning resources, and industry-leading technology.'
Karason cited the firm's open-architecture platform, operational flexibility, and robust enterprise support as key drivers in his move, noting that the environment will allow him to deliver a more transparent and customized client experience.
'With Prudential Advisors' expanded support, innovative technology, and greater flexibility, I can deliver a more personalized client experience and offer objective, customized advice with fewer constraints,' Karason said.
