Different routes closed to preempt PTI rally in Karachi

As Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) pulls up its socks to hold a power show at Karachi's Shahrah-e-Quaideen, containers have been placed on different roads so that the party could be prevented from holding the event, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi is expected to address the public gathering.
Different routes have been closed around MA Jinnah Road.
Similarly, the road leading from Numaish Chowrangi to Soldier Bazaar and streets around Quaid's mausoleum have also been sealed by placing containers.
