Families from vulnerable categories living in frontline areas can receive 19,400 UAH of "Winter Support" to prepare for the 2026/27 heating season.
Applications for the payment will be accepted until October 30.
The Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine also urges not to postpone submitting applications until the last week of October. Participation in the program is free – there is no need to pay intermediaries, especially not to provide them with conference data.
Who can receive the payment
Those eligible for assistance include, in particular:
recipients of subsidies for the purchase of stove fuel and liquefied gas;
recipients of subsidies for housing and communal services;
recipients of childbirth assistance;
single mothers and fathers receiving state assistance;
single disabled elderly people;
people with disabilities and families with children with disabilities;
large families;
families of internally displaced persons, except those accommodated free of charge in premises whose owners are compensated by the state for utilities and fuel;
family-type orphanages;
foster families;
families of patronage caregivers.
Where to submit the application
You can apply for the payment at:
The Pension Fund of Ukraine;
Administrative Service Centers (CNAP);
village, settlement, or city councils.
At the same time, social protection authorities or the Pension Fund will additionally inform individuals about the specific procedure for submitting the application.
What documents are needed
When applying, you need to prepare:
passports and tax identification numbers of all household members; proof of residence or IDP certificate; benefit certificate, if available.
The money will be paid to a bank account or in cash through Ukrposhta.
