Plans approved for 76 housing units at Charlestown, Mullingar

On 28 August, the planning section of Westmeath County Council granted approval to Lacken Ventures Ltd., for the demolition of an existing residential dwelling of 169 sq metres at Charlestown, Mullingar, and the construction of 56 two-storey dwellings and 16 three storey duplex units, involving 10 two-bed dwellings and 6 1-bed dwellings. The planning application was first lodged on 14 November last year and the 56 two-storey dwelling house units include 43 3-bed dwellings and 15 4-bed dwellings.
