Minister of Interior Meets German Counterpart

Berlin, September 08 (QNA) – Qatar's Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani met with Federal Minister of the Interior of the Federal Republic of Germany Alexander Dobrindt, during His Excellency's visit to Germany.The meeting discussed bilateral cooperation and ways to strengthen and develop it, particularly in the security field, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.Following the meeting, HE the Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force and his German counterpart signed a letter of intent between the two interior ministries on security cooperation in training and the exchange of expertise.
