Terry Pluto to speak at Ravenna library

Cleveland sports columnist and author Terry Pluto will speak at 6 p.m. Sept. 9 at Reed Memorial Library, 167 E. Main St. in Ravenna. Pluto, a sports and faith columnist for The Plain Dealer will discuss Cleveland sports past and present and take questions. Copies of his books will be available for purchase and signing, courtesy of Ravenna's Books a Go Go bookstore. Pluto, who previously worked for the Akron Beacon Journal, has written more than 30 books. He broadcasts weekly sports commentaries with Amanda Rabinowitz on WKSU and other Northeast Ohio NPR stations.
