Last year, I had the honor of covering the debut of Exploremores, a brand-new cookie from Girl Scouts of the USA that launched during the 2026 cookie season. This time around, I get to reveal that GSUSA is launching two new cookies next year. The Girl Scouts' cookie lineup has something for nearly everyone, and these two new cookies aim to extend the fun even further to two very different groups that our girls in uniform have never served before. Videos by Sporked Girl Scout Sparkables First off the block are the brand-new Sparkables, developed in partnership with Partake to avoid the 9 most common food allergies (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, milk, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame) without tasting like cardboard. These crunchy oatmeal chocolate-chip cookies are dotted with colorful sprinkles, bringing all the fun of cookie season to families managing many of the most common and serious allergies. Partake is a well-known brand for folks dealing with a wide range of allergies; the company's recipes and production facilities are 100% free of the top 9 most common allergens, plus mustard, sulfites, and nightshades. It's genuinely so cool to see Girl Scouts of the USA partner with this comparatively niche brand to combine their strengths. Girl Scout Patch Pals The other new Girl Scout cookie debuting in 2027 is for the dogs–literally. As Sporked's only established dog treat reviewer, I'm bemused that one of our top human cookie brands is stepping into the canine treat space. We don't have many details about this upcoming collaboration between Girl Scouts of the USA and the popular pet brand BARK, but we do know where you'll be able to buy them. Where can I get these new cookies? Fittingly, these niche cookies are being sold in an equally niche way. You won't see these for sale on a folding table outside your local grocery store; both cookies will be available exclusively through the GSUSA online stores. If there isn't a Girl Scout in your life and you're still planning to order either of these unique new cookies, consider ordering online through Troop 6000, a first-of-its-kind troop whose membership consists of girls living in New York City's shelter system. Per Girl Scouts of Greater New York, 100% of the proceeds from each box of cookies sold by members of Troop 6000 directly supports their troop experience and is used to pay for things like badge activity supplies, uniforms, field trips, and trips to Girl Scout Camp.
