ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man has been charged after a stabbing on Locust Street on Tuesday morning. Officers received the report of a stabbing at 10:40 a.m. They said that upon arrival, they found two men fighting in the street, one with a puncture wound to his torso. The victim, a man in his 40s, was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is expected to survive. Investigators said the victim and the suspect, 28-year-old Joey Cintron-Rosario, knew each other before the fight. Cintron-Rosario allegedly stabbed the victim during the fight. He has been arrested and taken to the Monroe County Jail. He has been charged with second-degree assault.
