Lawson and Tsunoda continue for another weekend as injury keeps Hadjar out for third round

Liam Lawson will make a third appearance in his place at the Spanish Grand Prix this weekend. As in the previous two rounds, Yuki Tsunoda will occupy Lawson's usual place at Red Bull's second team, Racing Bulls. 'Liam will continue to drive alongside Max [Verstappen] at this week's Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid,' said Red Bull in a statement. 'The decision has been taken as Isack's recovery continues to progress positively. 'While he is not yet ready to return to the cockpit, he will be in Madrid supporting the team.' Red Bull added it expects Hadjar to return to racing 'very soon'. There is a two-week break gap between this weekend's race and the following round in Azerbaijan. Hadjar's continued absence means Lawson will compete in three rounds for Red Bull this year, one more than he did last season when he started the year driving for them before being dropped to make way for Tsunoda. Although Hadjar was unable to compete last weekend, he enjoyed some good news as the International Court of Appeal restored the third place he originally scored in the Monaco Grand Prix.
