Corporate Merchant Bankers appoints auditors, shifts registered office to Ahmedabad

Corporate Merchant Bankers has approved the appointment of new statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors for the financial years 2026-27 through 2030-31. The board also sanctioned the relocation of its registered office from New Delhi to Ahmedabad. The appointments were made during a board meeting held on September 8, 2026. Office Relocation The company plans to shift its register office from A-19, Okhla Phase-2, New Delhi, to A/1-303, Palladium Business Park, Ahmedabad. This move requires approvals from shareholders and relevant regulatory authorities. The address for maintaining books of accounts will also change to the new Ahmedabad location. AGM Details The 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 4:00 pm. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
