In a statement on Tuesday, Yekini announced that Koleoso has become the most-viewed African movie title on YouTube. 'Koleoso makes history as the most-viewed African movie title on YouTube, with over 140 million combined views across Parts 1-13 – and still counting,' he said. According to figures released by the filmmaker, the series has recorded: Part 1 – 9.8M, Part 2 – 9.9M, Part 3 – 8.9M, Part 4 – 10M, Part 5 – 10M, Part 6 – 12M, Part 7 – 12M, Part 8 – 12M, Part 9 – 13M, Part 10 – 16M, Part 11 – 9.9M, Part 12 – 9.4M, Part 13 – 8.7M.
