From Nintendo Games to €750m sales: Global tech giants head to Wexford for GreentechHQ event

Tech founders and business leaders will gather in Wexford next month for the Ambition '26 business summit at GreenTechHQ. Headlining the year's activity for GreenTechHQ, centre of expertise for business, innovation and sustainability across the southeast, is the inaugural AMBITION '26 speaker event with two of Ireland's most prolific entrepreneurs and leading chief economist from one of Ireland's national banks. Norman Crowley owner of Cool Planet and AVA is a highly regarded entrepreneur who has over his career to date co-founded companies such as The Cloud, Europe's largest WiFi operator at the time, Trinity Commerce, and Inspired Gaming Group. Crowley sold all three businesses cumulatively for over $750 million before age 40, including Inspired Gaming for $500 million in 2008. Bobby Healy began his tech career at 16 years old building video games for Nintendo. He then founded Eland Technologies, an airline tech company, which he sold 12 years later to SITA.AERO. Going on to found CarTrawler, the world's largest mobility marketplace for airlines, and lead it for over 15 years and led two successful leverage buy outs for the business. Now founder and CEO of Manna, he is one of Ireland's best-known technology entrepreneurs and the driving force behind one of Europe's leading autonomous drone delivery companies. Joining Norman and Bobby is David McNamara, Group Chief Economist at AIB, who has previously worked as an economist with Davy's and was a Director with EY. David will share his perspective on the economic outlook for emerging entrepreneurs and the trends shaping the business environment for the years ahead.
