Ukraine Plans FREYJA Talks as Patriot Shortages Limit Ballistic Defense

In July, Ukraine and nine partner countries launched the Anti-Ballistic Coalition. Its declaration was adopted on July 13 during the Coalition of the Willing summit in Paris.
