KP PAC sub-committee to examine audit paras of 18 depts

PESHAWAR - Iftikhar Ali Mashwani, Member of the Provincial Assembly and Chairperson of the Sub-Committee of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has convened a series of meetings to examine the draft paras contained in the Audit Report on the Accounts of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the year 2019-20. The meetings, concerning 18 provincial departments and institutions, will be held at the Rehman Baba Conference Room, Provincial Assembly Secretariat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. The Sub-Committee will hold a total of 20 sittings, commencing on September 2, 2026, and continuing until January 13, 2027. Each department has been scheduled to appear before the committee on the date and time notified to it. During the proceedings, officials of the concerned departments will be required to respond to the objections raised in the Audit Report and provide the requisite records and clarifications to the committee.
