LESCO Announces 6-Hour Power Shutdown on Sunday

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has announced a six-hour suspension of electricity supply from two feeders in Lahore on Sunday, September 20, due to essential work related to the Data Darbar and Kacheri Road projects. According to LESCO, electricity supply from the Urdu Bazaar and Kacheri Road feeders connected to the Bhatti Gate Grid Station will remain suspended from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on September 20. The company said the temporary shutdown is necessary to facilitate ongoing development work under the two projects. Consumers in the affected areas have been advised to complete electricity-related tasks in advance or make alternative arrangements during the scheduled outage. LESCO added that electricity supply will be restored according to the normal schedule after the completion of the work.
