Pregnant while breastfeeding

My first just turned 1, and I'm still breastfeeding. My main thing right now is im in that waiting period for my first appointment and I am driving myself crazy trying to pinpoint how far along I am. Obviously, I know that's very difficult as breastfeeding keeps your cycles pretty irregular and I can't really get a reliable estimate which kills me because my appointment isn't till the end of the month. Anyone in the same boat? For more context, I have had 2 postpartum periods. I got my first one 9 months in, then my second at 10 months, and then our positive pregnancy test at 11 months! So I only have two periods to go off of which the cycle length was 35 days. My first day of my last period was July 28th. So if I were to go by the LMP method with a 35 day cycle I'd be 4 weeks and 6 days?? but idk? just venting here.
