ISLAMABAD, Nov 3 (APP): The University of Swat has initiated a comprehensive administrative reform agenda aimed at strengthening good governance, transparency, accountability and administrative efficiency to align its operations with its core academic mission.
The new roadmap was outlined during a strategic meeting of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Husnul Amin, with the administrative officers of the university. A detailed presentation was given by the Registrar, Dr. Arshad Ali Khan, who presented a shared vision for institutional improvement. The central message of the presentation was: 'Work Hard. Work Smart. Deliver Results.'
According to the presentation, the key priorities of the reform agenda include digital transformation of official systems, performance-based management, professional conduct, establishment of efficient financial and administrative systems, effective inter-departmental coordination, and strict adherence to rules and due process.
The meeting emphasized that a service-oriented administrative culture is essential for institutional growth. This culture, the Registrar noted, must be founded on the principles of integrity, teamwork, merit, mutual respect and accountability, with students at the centre of every institutional endeavor.
Addressing the officers, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Husnul Amin stated that a robust administrative structure is essential for academic excellence. He directed all administrative heads to ensure professionalism, transparency, timely facilitation of students and faculty, and disposal of pending matters on a priority basis through collective teamwork.
