Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Ray LaMontagne collapsed on stage while performing at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium on September 5 during his second consecutive night in the city. LaMontagne is on tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of his debut album "Trouble," which was released in 2004. His tour began on August 23 in Salt Lake City and includes stops in Philadelphia, Detroit, Boston, Portland, and New York City, where the final show is scheduled. He won a Grammy Award in 2011 for Best Contemporary Folk Album for "God Willin' & the Creek Don't Rise" and was also nominated that year for Song of the Year with "Beg Steal or Borrow."
