WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — The Junior Avenue Bridge in Elm Grove will close for more than two weeks because of a building demolition project. The closure will begin at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, and continue through Sept. 25, according to the Wheeling Police Department. The bridge will be closed to vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians. Detour signs will be posted. Drivers traveling through the area should allow more time and prepare for added traffic.
