Ms. Mahima Soni is a qualified Company Secretary. She possesses the requisite qualifications and experience for appointment as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. And 4 years experienced as Company Secretary.
