South Air has officially launched a new flight service between Islamabad and Multan, providing passengers with an additional air travel option between the two major cities. The airline operated its inaugural flight from Islamabad to Multan on September 18. The flight arrived at Multan International Airport carrying 37 passengers and six crew members. ALSO READ PIA Signs Interline Agreement With International Airline Airport officials and South Air representatives marked the arrival with a cake-cutting ceremony at the Domestic Arrival Lounge. MNA Ali Qasim Gillani attended the ceremony along with representatives of South Air and officials from Multan International Airport. The new service will initially operate 16 flight movements per week between Islamabad and Multan. ALSO READ AirSial Announces New International Route According to the schedule, South Air will operate flights on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, giving passengers multiple options to travel between the two cities during the week.
