More than 337,000 pensioners obtained proof of life certificates from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) in one month, with about 52 percent using the Pak ID app from home. NADRA said it has further simplified the certificate process for pensioners as part of efforts to expand services through the Pak ID app. The move follows directives from Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi. According to NADRA, 174,906 pensioners obtained the certificate through the app. Another 134,521 received it at NADRA registration centers, accounting for about 40 percent of the total. E-Sahulat centers issued certificates to 24,248 pensioners, roughly 7 percent. Mobile registration vans served 3,585 pensioners. Pensioners can obtain the proof of life certificate from home through the Pak ID app.
