The world is complicated and seems to move faster than it used to. Our work outs don't have to be. I hope you will check out these two simple and slow deep core workouts. My hope is that you will feel both stronger and more centered.
You will need a small Pilates ball (8-9 inch) at least half way deflated and something for support and comfort for under you head and or knees. These are beginner friendly workouts, but they are not easy. Slow and steady can feel more challenging.
You'll need to be able to get down to the floor and be on your back as well as able to be on your hands and knees. As always I advise you watch the video one time before you do it get an understanding of what we will be doing, especially if you don't often do my videos or do not have a regular movement practice. You are always in charge of your own body, so if something doesn't work for you, you can skip it.
These are both recordings of live stream classes. If you are interested in learning more about my classes and how to participate in themclick here.
If you have questions please ask, I'm just an email or message away.
Thanks so much for being here. If you give the videos a try let me know how it goes.
If you feel so inclined you can drop a little in the tip the jar. It helps keep the lights on.
