Independent Report JAFFARABAD , Sept 7: Assistant Commissioner Jhat Pat Dheeraj Kalra has directed the administration of District Headquarters Hospital Dera Allah Yar to ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines, particularly emergency drugs, improve cleanliness and staff attendance, and provide patients with proper healthcare and essential facilities. Kalra visited the hospital on the directives of Deputy Commissioner Jaffarabad Khalid Khan and inspected healthcare services and facilities in various departments. Hospital officials briefed the Assistant Commissioner on medicine supplies, emergency drug stocks, cleanliness arrangements, Dental OPD services and facilities available in the maternal, child and pediatric wards. During his inspection of the emergency medicine store, Kalra ordered regular checks of essential drug stocks and their records to ensure that necessary medicines remain available and patients receive timely treatment during emergencies. He also visited different wards and directed the hospital administration to launch a special cleanliness drive, emphasizing that proper hygiene and sanitation standards must be maintained throughout the facility. At the Dental OPD, the Assistant Commissioner instructed officials to make effective use of available resources and take measures to improve the quality of services being provided to patients. Kalra further directed the hospital administration to ensure adequate essential facilities, regular staff attendance and proper patient care in the maternal, child and pediatric wards, with particular emphasis on maintaining uninterrupted healthcare services.
