格隆汇9月8日｜香港交易所(0388.HK)在港公告，香港交易所及LME现已在Elliott就其镍交易提出的一项新申索（'2026年竞争上诉审裁处申索'）中被列为被告人。该申索已由Elliott于2026年9月3日向英国竞争上诉审裁处提交。香港交易所尚未获送达有关2026年竞争上诉审裁处申索的法律程序文件。Elliott须先取得审裁处许可，方可向香港交易所送达有关法律程序文件。任何有关许可如获授予，香港交易所可能就该项许可提出进一步抗辩。香港交易所认为2026年竞争上诉审裁处申索毫无法律依据，并将积极抗辩。
