When officers asked Boucher about the crash, she said she hit the front light of the car.
'You didn't just hit the front of the car,' an officer said. 'You just took the car completely off.'
Boucher declined to perform sobriety exercises and attempted to walk away from officers during the investigation, according to video.

'Just because you don't want to talk to us doesn't mean we're done with out investigation,' an officer said while securing her handcuffs.
Boucher later refused a requested DUI test and was placed in a patrol vehicle. She was then transported to the Volusia County Jail.
