Sasuke Uchiha remains a top-tier Konoha ninja in Boruto despite losing some of his iconic abilities, such as the Rinnegan. Unfortunately, Sasuke's current power level has been clearly surpassed by several new characters in Boruto, especially after Code and the Shinju Clones came into the picture. From the father to the son and all of the many figures in between, these are the strongest characters in Boruto. As such, Boruto's new generation of characters continues to gain more relevance in the story as they surpass Sasuke Uchiha in power level. Not only do they possess the strength to keep up with overpowered enemies, but their overall combat potential has reached a level that also surpasses that of many seasoned shinobi from Naruto. Despite Code's underwhelming combat performance in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, there's no denying that he still stands above Sasuke and Naruto in terms of power level. Without his limiters, Code has the power to take down either Sasuke or Naruto by utilizing his Claw Marks shinjutsu and the powers of his white karma seal. As an overpowered cyborg who has shown greater combat prowess than Jigen, Code poses a serious threat to the current Sasuke and Naruto. Only those capable of wielding equally powerful Shinjutsu have any chance of matching or surpassing Code at the moment. Just like Code, Daemon is an overpowered cyborg that possesses a terrifying God-tier shinjutsu. As of this writing, Daemon remains one of the most untouchable characters in the series, largely because his Reflection Shinjutsu makes attacking him incredibly dangerous. Any form of attack or killing intent directed at Daemon can be reflected back at the attacker, allowing him to turn an opponent's own murderous intentions against them. As a result, even the likes of Boruto and Kawaki struggle to find an effective way to defeat him. By the same token, Sasuke would likely struggle against Daemon's abilities as well. Who's That Character? Identify the silhouettes before time runs out. Results High Score: 0 — While Kawaki Uzumaki is still adjusting to life as a Konoha ninja, his immense power has quickly made him a powerhouse in Boruto. He serves as Boruto Uzumaki's fiercest rival, with more than enough power to fight on equal footing with a Momoshiki-possessed Boruto and even Jura himself. Thanks to Isshiki Otsutsuki's dojutsu, as well as Amado Sanzu's modifications, Kawaki Uzumaki has far surpassed Sasuke and Naruto alike. Without his limiters, Kawaki can access even greater power, allowing him to adjust the maximum output of his offensive and defensive abilities to suit the situation. Although Momoshiki Otsutsuki lost against Boruto Uzumaki, there's no denying that the overpowered alien villain had more than enough strength to challenge and overwhelm both Sasuke and Naruto in direct combat. If he were to fight Sasuke alone, Momoshiki's superior strength and abilities would give him a decisive advantage in no time. In other words, Momoshiki has more ways to secure a victory against Sasuke in a one-on-one battle. Even after Momoshiki implanted the Karma seal on Boruto, there were several instances throughout the series when he clearly demonstrated his ability to overpower Sasuke after taking control of Boruto's body. At one point, the same Otsutsuki even stripped Sasuke of his Rinnegan, further proving that the renowned Uchiha was no match for him. Defeating Isshiki Otsutsuki in Boruto required a combined effort from Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto Uzumaki, Boruto, Kawaki, and even Kashin Koji. After all, Isshiki's Shinjutsu, especially his Kokugan and its techniques, puts him in a league of his own, making Sasuke and Naruto look comparatively powerless in their various confrontations. If Isshiki Otsutsuki had successfully completed his resurrection through Kawaki's body, stopping him would have been nearly impossible. After all, even Naruto's most powerful technique, Baryon Mode, failed to completely overpower Isshiki Otsutsuki before its time limit became a factor. Jura is a serious threat to Boruto Uzumaki and the entire shinobi world. He possesses the power to destroy everything that Naruto Uzumaki and the other ninja fought to protect from Kaguya Otsutsuki in the original series. He can also kill Boruto Uzumaki whenever he wants to, making him the supreme villain in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex at the moment. That said, Jura stands several tiers above Sasuke Uchiha in terms of overall strength. Likewise, Naruto Uzumaki would struggle to even contend with Jura in a direct confrontation. As the direct incarnation of the Ten-Tails, Jura's chakra reserves are near-limitless, while his destructive powers far exceed those of most shinobi, including Boruto and Kawaki. Sasuke Uchiha's only daughter, Sarada, has been making a name for herself due to her rapidly developing abilities and relentless determination to keep up with Boruto Uzumaki on the battlefield. Her heavy involvement in Boruto's numerous conflicts with God-tier villains has pushed her to further develop her powers, especially her Sharingan. In the process, Sarada not only awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan, but also gained access to an overpowered ability called Ohirume, which recently allowed her to instantly kill a powerful Shinju Clone with ease. While the side effects of using Mangekyo Sharingan have been straining Sarada's eyes, she refuses to let the risks stop her from pushing her abilities even further. The titular protagonist of Boruto, Boruto Uzumaki, has the most combat potential in the series not only because he is Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga's son, but also because he trained under Sasuke Uchiha for a long time. If that isn't enough, the presence of Momoshiki Otsutsuki in Boruto's body altered the ninja's physiology, literally transforming him into a full Otsutsuki. It comes as no surprise that Boruto has now surpassed Sasuke in strength, including Naruto Uzumaki in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. Equipped with overpowered abilities such as Rasengan's powerful variant, Uzuhiko, as well as Otsutsuki powers, Boruto has become an exceptionally dangerous opponent in the series.
