For years, the Baltic Aquascaphe GMT has been one of the top recommended affordable GMT watches on the market. The watch's mix of familiar-yet-original, retro-inspired design language, its compact size, its use of premium materials and an SRP of around $1,000 have made it a compelling choice for the past half-decade. But more recently, the Baltic has been surpassed by competing microbrand GMTs that make use of Miyota's Calibre 9075 movement.
