The new prices will take effect across the country from November 1.
According to Emirati newspaper Khaleej Times, the UAE Fuel Price Committee issued the new prices for November on Saturday, October 31. This is the first fuel price reduction after three consecutive months of increases, providing some financial relief to motorists.
According to the Fuel Price Committee's announcement, Super 98 petrol will cost 4.16 dirhams per litre, down from 4.40 dirhams in October.
Special 95 petrol has been reduced from 4.28 dirhams to 4.04 dirhams per litre.

The new prices will take effect from November 1 in all emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
The reduction in petrol prices in November will directly benefit vehicle owners when filling their fuel tanks.
For example, 60 litres of Super 98 petrol cost 264 dirhams in October, but will cost 249.60 dirhams in November.
Similarly, the price of 60 litres of Special 95 petrol will fall from 256.80 dirhams to 242.40 dirhams.
Sixty litres of E-Plus 91 petrol cost 252.60 dirhams in October and will cost 238.20 dirhams in November.
As a result, motorists will save 14.40 dirhams when purchasing 60 litres of petrol, while buying the same quantity of diesel will result in savings of 3 dirhams.
Fuel prices in the UAE fell in July this year, but increased consecutively in August, September and October.
In October, Super 98 petrol reached 4.40 dirhams per litre, Special 95 reached 4.28 dirhams and E-Plus 91 reached 4.21 dirhams per litre.
Under the new prices announced for November, different petrol grades have become approximately 5.5 to 5.7 percent cheaper, while diesel has been reduced by approximately 1 percent.
Despite the reduction, petrol prices in November will remain higher than in September. Special 95 petrol was available at 3.69 dirhams per litre in September, compared with 4.04 dirhams in November.
Petrol and diesel prices in the UAE are reviewed every month. New prices are set after considering various factors, including global oil prices, the cost of refined products and the operating expenses of distribution companies.
The country has followed a policy of linking fuel prices to the global market since 2015.
According to Khaleej Times, global energy markets experienced unusual volatility this year due to the war in the Middle East, affecting petrol and diesel prices in the UAE as well.
The reduction announced for November will provide some relief to daily motorists, salaried workers and the transport sector.
New fuel prices for December 2026 are expected to be announced at the end of November.
