東京都大雨注意報☔️
各地で、また大雨による被害が出ていますね。皆様、どうぞご安全に。
昨日はクリニックの日でしたが、ものすごい湿気で、息苦しいほど。ガラスがみんな白く曇ってました。湿度のせいもあり、すごく疲れてしまい、夕食後寝落ち。もうこのまま寝ます。
