BENTONVILLE -- Residents have until late September to express their interest in serving on a panel which provides guidance to city officials regarding the Bentonville Municipal Airport.
The city is accepting applications for its Airport Advisory Board until Sept. 27, according to a city of Bentonville news release. The volunteer board advises the mayor, City Council and city staff on long-term planning, operations and policies related to the airport.
Applicants should have professional experience or technical knowledge of aviation, be registered voters, live within the city limits and be available to attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings, the release states.
Interested residents may apply online.
People can contact Airport Manager Catherine Piasecki at catherine.piasecki@bentonville.ar.gov or (479) 254-2084.
