NOEA Welcomes Three More Industry Partners as Awards Sponsors

The National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) has announced See Tickets, University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) and the Event Structures Industry Training Scheme (ESITS) as sponsors of this year's NOEA Awards. The news adds further momentum behind the association's flagship event, taking place 25th/26th November in Bath, and which seeks to recognise the people, businesses and organisations setting standards across the outdoor events industry. Each organisation will lend its support to a specific award category, with See Tickets sponsoring Rural Event of the Year, University of Wales Trinity Saint David sponsoring Event of the Year Award and ESITS sponsoring New Product/Service/Technology Innovation Award. The partnerships bring together three organisations already making important contributions to the industry, from education and skills development to safety, competency and the delivery of live events. Their support will help the industry continue to celebrate excellence across the sector while recognising the businesses and individuals behind it. See has an extensive relationship with the live events market, and has been a long term supporter of NOEA, providing ticketing, box office systems and ticket management services to events, venues and promoters across music, theatre, comedy, sport and exhibitions. Meanwhile, University of Wales Trinity Saint David, returns as a sponsor and brings an equally strong focus on developing the next generation of event professionals. The University, which traces its history back to 1822, delivers a range of Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management courses, including its award-winning Events and International Festivals Management programme. Finally, completing the trio is ESITS, the industry-led accreditation scheme for the UK Temporary Demountable Structures sector. Developed in consultation with the UK's health and safety authorities, ESITS provides specialist training and competency assurance for professionals involved in the design, construction, inspection and operation of temporary structures and will sponsor the NOEA Awards for the very first time.
