New York Governor Kathy Hochul and Mayor Zohran Mamdani were among those who joined the parade. Participants wearing colorful costumes danced to music as the procession moved along Eastern Parkway. The annual parade celebrates Caribbean culture, heritage and community and is one of New York City's largest cultural events.
