Leeds and Grenville Accessibility Advisory Committee hosting free seminar : My Kemptville Now

An upcoming free seminar will focus on creating a culture of inclusion. The Leeds and Grenville Accessibility Advisory Committee is hosting the event at the North Grenville Municipal Centre on Friday, Oct. 2. Organizers say it will run from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and feature keynote speaker Mike Shoreman, a mental health and disability educator, professional speaker, and author. His talk will centre on why true accessibility goes far beyond just meeting regulatory standards. The event is free. Registration can be found through the municipality's social media.
