Nearly 1,000 acres at the Lewis & Clark Ranch in West Richland sold for nearly $264 million to a company identified as the data center arm of real estate giant Trammell Crow. A Shreveport, Louisiana, company purchased seven parcels totaling a little more than 995 acres along Ruppert Road from Frank Tiegs LLC in a deal that closed in mid-July.
