Charges against former coach dismissed after witness changed her story

Court documents show all charges against Kenneth Collins were dropped because the woman involved changed her story and failed to respond to attempts to contact her. Court documents show that the alleged 'victim changed story previously.' Another document says the 'victim will not cooperate.' Collins was charged in January with misdemeanor stalking and domestic violence. Collins lost his job as the Clayton varsity boys basketball coach after being charged.
