EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Rhode Islanders will be heading to the polls on Wednesday, Sept. 9, to vote in the state's primary elections.
If you didn't take part in early or mail-in voting, you may be wondering where you need to go to cast your ballot.
Polling places will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday. To find yours, go to the R.I. Secretary of State's website and enter your information. You can also view your sample ballot to see who will be on it.
To vote in person, Rhode Islanders must show photo identification. Options include:
