Celero Communications has secured $275 million in Series C funding, bringing its total capital raised to $415 million, to accelerate the development of next-generation AI optical interconnects. The company has validated the industry's first 2nm coherent DSP silicon, which enables higher-bandwidth, lower-power connectivity for scalable AI infrastructure.
Celero Communications, a leader in advanced coherent DSP technology for AI infrastructure, today announced a $275 million Series C funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $415 million and valuing the company at over $3 billion.
This financing will accelerate Celero's product roadmap and R&D investments to meet the growing demand for higher-bandwidth, lower-power optical connectivity in next-generation AI infrastructure. Celero has also validated the industry's first 2nm coherent DSP silicon, establishing a scalable foundation for next-generation AI optical interconnects from 1.6T to 3.2T. As AI infrastructure scales, traditional PAM4 optical architectures are reaching their limits, and coherent connectivity is emerging as the critical foundation for scalable, efficient data transfer in hyperscale AI clusters and cloud data centers
