Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles Ltd, a manufacturer of cotton and rayon fabrics, has reported a 9.80% year-on-year increase in revenue to Rs 211.97 crore (US $22.43 million) for FY 2025-26, while profit after tax (PAT) rose 17.40% to Rs 5.78 crore (US $611,705). The textile company, which is pursuing a proposed IPO on the BSE Emerge platform, has also sought shareholder approval to increase its borrowing limit to Rs 300 crore (US $31.75 million). The company reported the financial performance as part of its annual report for FY26. The growth in revenue and profitability comes as Shree Balaji Textiles continues to work towards its proposed public listing. During FY26, the company had also completed a 9:1 bonus issue, with September 10, 2025, set as the record date. Shree Balaji Textiles has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for its proposed listing on the BSE Emerge platform. The company's latest financial performance will provide investors with a basis to assess its growth and profitability ahead of the proposed IPO. The proposed increase in the borrowing limit to Rs 300 crore (US$31.75 million) is expected to provide the company with greater financial flexibility as it plans its future expansion and funding requirements. The company has proposed the regularisation of Rishika Kedia as Executive Director. She was appointed as an Additional Director in February 2026.
