Indiana Board of Tax Review Adopts Rules on Property Tax Appeal Procedures

The Indiana Board of Tax Review adopted rules on property tax appeal procedures. The regulations address filing and consolidating appeal petitions, authorized representation, electronic filing and service through the POPLAR system, hearings, evidence, motions, discovery, rehearings, withdrawals, defaults, dismissals, and judicial review.
