Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree "On approval of the Rules for the implementation of climate projects with the risk of greenhouse gas emissions." The document is published on the portal
of legal acts.
The decree comes into force on March 1, 2027. The rules will be in effect until March 1, 2033.
