DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- A semi-truck crashed into a middle median this weekend in Dayton. According to the Dayton Police Department, officers responded to the report of a crash around 5:40 a.m. on Saturday, September 5. Officers say a semi-truck was allegedly speeding in the center lane of Interstate 75 southbound. At mile marker 56.2, the semi-truck allegedly lost control and hit the center raised concrete dividing median, officers say. The semi-truck was eventually towed from the scene, though it caused backups on the roadway for a period of time. The driver was not reported to have any injuries, and no one else was reported to be injured from the crash. The semi-truck driver, a 42-year-old man, was cited for the crash.
